Welcome to the Standard Register Supplier Portal, where organizations can pursue becoming a Standard Register supplier, and where existing suppliers can initiate renewal of their financial health information to Standard Register's Procurement organization.

The following is required before proceeding:

  • Company Name and Address, or your current D&B number
  • Credit card to pay for D&B report
    (there is a $125 charge for the two reports - one for Standard Register and one for you)

Have your D&B* information up to date before submitting your applications. For new supplier consideration, or for existing supplier annual renewal, you must purchase the D&B report when prompted.

Potential Suppliers: We appreciate your interest in Standard Register. If Standard Register has a need for your products or services, a Standard Register procurement associate will contact you to discuss the next steps. Proceeding with this request via the D&B link does not offer any guarantee or implied promise of future business with Standard Register.

Existing Suppliers: We value our relationship with your organization, and thank you for proceeding with the D&B report request to update your financial health information.


*D&B (Supplier Qualifier Report – SQR) is a financial report that is given by “Dun & Bradstreet” to the requesting supplier company showing their Risk Rating of 1 -9 and other information concerning the requesting company. This report (SQR) is required to be purchased by the supplier in order to be considered by Standard Register. Supplier needs to contact D&B in their local area to give information for this report (SQR) to be established before proceeding. D&B will ask questions and a potential fee will be charged by D&B to establish this report (SQR). Supplier will be responsible for the full cost of the report at the price established by D&B, and no rebate, refund or other discount which may be applicable to Standard Register will apply to the price of the report purchased by Supplier. When filing out the D&B information, the screen will request your credit card number, which will enable you to purchase the Supplier Qualifier Report, copies will be sent to both the requesting company and Standard Register. If this report is not available on your company your submission will not proceed. To contact Dun & Bradstreet, you may call (866) 322-2761 in the U.S.

You hereby agree to obtain and pay for the D&B report upon the understanding that Standard Register has not guaranteed any future business to you.
